Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can return them within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

  • 14 calendar days for the period from January 7 to December 14.
  • 15 calendar days for the period from December 15 to January 6

Attention: The return address differs from the companyโ€™s address and will be provided via email after initiating the return process. The return address is determined based on the userโ€™s location.

The customer can request either a refund or an exchange for another product. In both cases, the refunded amount or the replacement product will only cover the cost of the returned products; shipping costs are excluded. Shipping costs are covered in accordance with Regulation 34/2014, which states: "The consumer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the products." The amount refunded to the customer does not include transportation or cash-on-delivery (COD) fees, only the purchase value of the product.

According to Article 14(2) of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts with professionals, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Exceptions: If there are discrepancies between the delivered products and the order, the return costs will be covered by LaDigue AG, following an internal review conducted by the customer service department.

Return Procedure

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, without damaged packaging, scratches, or signs of use.

Returned products must be in the same condition as received: undamaged and without defects (except for hidden defects or defects previously reported by the customer in correspondence with WaXx.store). If the product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned.

Opened cosmetic products will not be accepted. This measure is specific to cosmetic products, as their shelf life starts from the moment the packaging is opened. Additionally, using or testing the product increases the risk of virus transmission if it is passed on to another person.

Only products returned in exactly the same condition as delivered will be accepted.

If an exchange for another product is requested, it will be shipped as soon as possible (provided it is in stock).

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of repeated returns by the same customer or if the returned products do not meet the above return condition

Refund of Product Value

Once the returned package is received, a customer service representative will contact the customer to provide information regarding the refund process and timeline.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after confirming receipt of the return.

The product value will be refunded via bank transfer to the customer's personal account. For online payments made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used for payment.
