Return Policy

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
• All accessories, gifts, and inserts must be included.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic/hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, unless faulty.

Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service.

After we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Regulation 34/2014.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery option (if charged). Supplementary delivery costs (e.g., express) are non-refundable.

Refund timeline: We will make the refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we have advised otherwise in writing.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, unless faulty.
