Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the European Union.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery typically takes 7-13 business days.

Shipping costs are €6 . For orders above €50 , delivery is free. All shipping costs and options are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation text message.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it once the additional postage is covered.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Downloadable products (digital content not provided on a physical medium) are delivered at no extra shipping cost. You will receive the download link together with your order confirmation email.
